The Project Coordinator is responsible tracking timelines, budgets and payment processing across multiple projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure information is captured with the goal to keep every project on schedule and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
- Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Organizes, attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
- Documents and follows-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Project budget tracking-Construction/FFE and capital.
- Ensures project deadlines are met.
- Facilitates meetings where appropriate and distributes minutes to all project team members.
- Creates and tracks purchase order requests.
- Permit tracking by project.
- Creates/maintains Smartsheet Project tracking for cross departmental inputs.
- Assists Project Manager in all administration functions and processes.
- Provides administrative support as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
What You Have

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and time manage
- Experience working in fast-paced work environment and able to adapt to demands of competing work priorities
- Cannabis experience a plus but not required
- Entry-level knowledge of cannabis related vocabulary and products preferred but not required
Working Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to travel to other office locations.
- Minimal travel required.
Job Requirements
- Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
- Must be able to travel to other office locations.
- Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
- Required to have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
