Duradek of Georgia is an authorized and certified contractor in the southeast US. We have a thorough knowledge of adhesives, sealants, coatings, carpentry and concrete restoration work are common traits of Duradek of Georgia. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our company. Construction & Quickbooks experience is required for this position. Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: Job Estimating: Assist with estimating and budgeting of all projects through Quickbooks. Read, interpret, and update paperwork throughout the course of the job. This shall include the plans, scope of work, budgets, change orders and other documentation as required. Proposals: Efficiently assemble information from estimates. Accurately communicate to the client or Builder through a written proposal. Builder Portals: Review each Builder Portal daily and pull any PO's or work orders need to process the job in Quickbooks. Job scheduling: Assist with scheduling of jobs from start to completion. Be sure project stays on schedule and communicate changes required to subcontractor and clients. Project Meetings: Attend team meetings, progress meetings and scheduling meetings. Develop and follow through on progress meeting notes. Project Closeout: Once project is complete send out warranties and closeout project folders. Marketing & Sales Materials: Send out Marketing materials to new clients and follow up on receipt of those materials and provide any additional information that is needed. Flexibility: Maintains flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
