Project Coordinator Assistant (Stone and Tile)

- Administrative support to the Coordination Manager.
- Maintain RFI logs updated, forward RFI’s to team.
- Assist in following up with change orders and maintain change order log updated.
- Job set up, fabrication, installation work order and schedule creation on scheduling software.
- Assist kick off meetings for all multifamily/tract projects.
- Keep project team and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a constructive attitude and develop this attitude in others.
- Verify discrepancies and make corrections accordingly.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed from previous production meetings.
- Request any information necessary from builders to provide finish sheet to project engineering.
- Custom job coordination: Responsible for communication with customer, creation of finish sheet, scheduling of field measurement, fabrication, installation, and billing request to accounting department.
- Maintain punch list and quality control schedule with field superintendent for each job.
