The Child Care Program Office (CCPO) is seeking an individual to join the Quality and Capacity Building team to act in a coordination role for multiple relief funding strategies associated with federal relief funding received from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field.
AND EITHER
One year of technical experience where the primary purpose of the job is to perform research and/or data interpretation and apply and disseminate technical, statutory and regulatory requirements for agency use or to the public.
OR
One year of technical experience in community development, research, social services, economics, public administration, planning, or a closely related field.

OR SUBSTITUTION:
Five years in any combination of post-secondary education and technical experience where the primary purpose of the job is to perform research and/or data analysis, interpret, explain, and apply statutory and regulatory requirements, and disseminate technical information for agency use or to the public. (3 semester or 4 quarter hours of post-secondary education are equal to one month of experience).

Additional Required Information

At time of interview applicant is requested to submit:

  • Three (3) professional references including daytime phone numbers. One (1) reference must be from your current or most recent supervisor, within the past two (2) years.

  • Copies of your last two (2) performance appraisals. If unavailable, two (2) supervisory letters of reference may be substituted.

  • Copy of transcripts, if post-secondary education is used to meet the minimum qualifications.
