Responsibilities:
Assist the US Operations team in establishing PM and information management templates, cadences and best practices.- Manage privacy and compliance for technology and processes, including websites.
- Support and manage the rollout of content technology, helping develop strategy and training marketers and how to leverage the tools.
- Support lead management ensuring the team is following guidelines laid out
- Interface with key stakeholders on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
- Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
- Provide technical and/or analytical information to Operations Product Managers, as required.
- Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- PMP certified, with proven experience in building center of excellence including establishing PM best practices
- Proficient with data, technologies and digital platforms
- Strong communications skills with ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers
- Previous Microsoft industry experience
