The Private Wealth Program Management team works closely with the Private Wealth associates and advisors to develop Private Wealth projects, which involve applications used by the Wealth Management groups as well as the PC Sales, Servicing and Marketing teams.

We are seeking a Nashville based Program Manager to join our Program Management team in Private Wealth.

Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:

The Program Manager collaborates with a variety of teams across the firm to understand business needs and identify how technology can meet those needs through the design and implementation of efficient processes and tools. The PM will work with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand the business problem we area solving for and the intended outcome. They strategize on the approach, collaborate on requirements definition and partner with the Development and Quality Assurance teams to architect and implement a solution. Program Manager will coordinate between the execution and strategy of their teams.

In this role, the Program Manager will manage a team of Technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver critical, client facing, enterprise software development projects. S(he) will be responsible for hiring top talent and keeping the organization highly engaged and motivated, delivering exceptional results. S(he) will lead efforts to improve our processes, making our teams highly productive and champion the adoption of agile and iterative development practices.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversight of projects within the programs and reviewing resource planning for their program

  • Owning the strategic roadmap

  • Alignment with Product Owners to outline dependencies and risk for project work

  • Identify cross program dependencies or opportunities to refine and determine value

  • Continued education for business analysts within their org

  • Spanning tactical and strategic outputs

  • Technical partnership with development managers

Qualifications, Experience, Education:

  • 10+ years at a leadership level in business analysis and/or project management. Knowledge in asset management, business intelligence, or digital preferred

  • Superior project management and analysis skills, experience working in an agile environment

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing people, setting strategy and execution

  • Experience in working with management consulting & 3rd party delivery firms

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal/written/presentation skills

  • Proven ability to work across departments, influence others at senior levels and build strong relationships

  • Client focused with strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office

Skills:

  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

  • Strong and concise communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and partner with IT to recommend technology solutions

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Skilled in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
