Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating large strategic programs from initiation through to implementation. Leads cross-functional project and program teams and works with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions. Responsible for handling project/program costs, resources, risk and issues to ensure that objectives are realized. Provide regular program status updates. Find your place in technology on #TeamAmex 5+ years industry experience in a technical role: technical program management, project management, solutions engineering or similar roles: Technical Expertise: Facilitate / Engage technical discussion for product solutions. Proficient in the use of productivity tools necessary to capture requirements documents like JIRA, Rally, Confluence, SharePoint etc. Execution: Manage project / program work through completion of delivery on assigned projects and ad hoc efforts. Support multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to launch solutions, ensuring execution of training and communication plans. Measure and document results of implemented solutions. Preferabe to have some technical understanding of DevOps tools (Examples – GitHub, Jenkins, XLR, Ansible, SonarQube, Selenium, Sauce Labs, Unified Functional Test (UFT), JMeter, Performance Center, API Testing tools, Test Framework etc.) Market research and bringing the best-in-class products for our developer community Developing roadmap of futuristic vision for Applications on Prem and on the Cloud Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills We back our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, professionally and personally.
