Position Summary/Purpose of Position:The position is responsible for the supporting the recruiting and admissions of the Full-Time MBA program. The position will assist in planning, recruiting, yielding, and event management for the Full-Time MBA program. In addition, this position will support a customer service framework and logistical requirements for all masters programs.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree. 2-3 years professional experience Experience in admissions and recruiting (higher education or corporate) Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan ahead, and coordinate multiple projects. Highly developed organizational and computer skills, with strict attention to detail. Mature judgment.
Proven ability to integrate ideas and concepts. Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner, and mature judgment. Proven ability to communicate effectively with external candidates, faculty, corporate clients, executives and staff. Proven ability to respond positively to extreme pressures of time and workload. Proven ability in oral and written communications. Ability to work in a highly independent manner at times across functions within the school. Ability to work evenings and weekends for special events. Ability to travel locally, regionally, domestically.
Preferences:Master’s degree preferred
Experience working with Full-time MBA Admissions preferred, as well as
3+ years experience working in a business school environment and graduate/executive education
Direct customer service or consultative sales experience preferred
Experience working in Higher Education, especially a business school environment and graduate education experience preferred. SalesForce and Calendly experiences preferred.
