This role will operate various machinery and tools to manufacture polyurethane climbing holds and silicone molds. They will be responsible for a variety of shop operations including mixing, pouring, sanding, assembly, operating machinery, receiving, equipment maintenance, and quality control.

• Create a large variety of holds by repetitively pouring, painting, and sanding;
• Sand and drill holds using various power and hand tools;
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), general directions, quality-control programs and safety requirements for all production operations;

• Inspect, weigh, pack and ship holds in accordance with customer orders;
• Keep a clean, organized working environment;
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
