KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.- Determines material requirements from production schedules
- Plans, schedules and supervises the movement of material through the production cycle and well as plant clearance
- Execute delivery documents for all tools and upgrades shipping
- Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
- Ensures non-conformances or variances are approved and/ or minimized
- Run the On Time Starts (OTS) meeting and identify critical part shortages that will jeopardize ship schedule
- Track the entire business unit shortages with procurement team and communicate accordingly with manufacturing
- Responsible for maintaining bill of materials, ensuring bill of material supports efficient material flow and is aligned with assembly process
- Understands manufacturing capacity and allocate as required to meet build plan commitments
- Knows critical paths for each BOM and can calculate cycle times for each
- Identify and resolve problems relating cycle count variances
- Participate in Manufacturing readiness meeting as well as Ship schedule meetings

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Senior Production Planner in the industry required
- Ability to work in SAP is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent
- Able to sit, stand and move around for long hours at a time
