Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot production obstacles.
• Review job tickets, work with Client Services to on discrepancies.
• Obtain inventory and finished goods to set up jobs.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisors and scheduling.
• Ensure all jobs mail/ship on time.
• Quality check jobs according to SOPs/Work Instructions.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement process.
• Assist in training new employees to process standards.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Overtime as required)

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of any or all of the following machines is required: Lettershop Work, Kitting, Fulfillment, Digital Print, Conventional Print, Bindery, Inkjets with cameras, Labelaires, Flowmasters Inserters, Swing Arm Inserters, Gluers, and Card Attachers; Good organizational skills; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out basic written or oral instructions; Ability to make and read measurements; Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions; Ability to understand verbal instructions.
