We are looking for a Production Associate to work in our Manufacturing Department. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and works closely with all members of the team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and accurately follow written work instructions, drawings, and bill of materials
- Label products
- Package and ship through various carriers
- Responsible for keeping production area clean
- Receive raw materials from vendors
- Stock and stage raw materials for production
- Inspect and verify finished goods prior to packaging
- Solder low voltage LED product
Qualifications:
- 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Very high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods, demonstrate proficiency using a computer and an aptitude in learning new software
- Follow strict quality standards
