As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for producing glass parts and slides using a glass scriber; singulating and bagging parts; wrapping, packaging, and shipping product; cutting paper and cardboard; assisting in the cleanroom and production area; as well as other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be detail-oriented and have good hand-eye coordination
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions; use of machinery and manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand on your feet in one area for 8+ hours each day
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Years of Related Experience: 0-1 years of experience, on-the-job training provided
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic communication skills (both verbal and written). Basic math skills. Basic computer skills. The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:

  • $12.00/hour
  • Performance based raises after training period

Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, occasional overtime
