Here’s what you’ll do when you join our team:
- For starters, we value everyone’s ideas and inputs. We want all your talents. Part of your job will be helping us get even better at what we do.
- Through our unique process, we convert aluminum through various machining operations to produce parts for assembly. Our team members use precise measurements to cut aluminum parts for assembly.
- These premier caps get sanded and carefully prepped for an awesome paint job which will match the customer’s truck.
- To delight our customers, our caps include top quality components such as windows, screens, support braces, and other customized options. Our team members handle all these installations.
- Quality, Quality, Quality! Every employee, at every step, ensures we remain the best at what we do. A.R.E stands for quality.
- Safety. This is a big deal at A.R.E. If it’s not safe, we don’t do it. We wear all necessary items to protect our eyes, ears, and all the rest.
- A lot of handcrafting goes into producing these terrific covers. Our jobs require some lifting, bending, and elbow grease.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- If you have prior experience using hand tools, such as rivet gun, hand drill, router to assemble various components you have a great head start on our training program.
