Responsibilities
- The Administrator will perform various clerical duties in support of operations. The Administrator will perform computer order entry, filing, ensuring that order issues are properly reconciled. The Administrator will also be responsible for the following:
- Perform variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures
- Generate and distribute daily reports. Track data. Create purchase orders. Interact with staff.
- Collect, file, and maintain information in an organized fashion
- Printing required documents
- Prompt arrival and regular attendance at work
- Support and participate in the company's quality standards with a continuous focus on customer service
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred)
- One to two years of office experience, prior order entry, basic accounting and customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to use Excel and email system
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Prior database maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of English language and grammatical structure, and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Resilient, composed, and positive
- Professional and confidential in all dealings with customers, vendors, and other ARAMARK employees.
- Safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs. when necessary
- Remain standing/walking for extended periods of time
- Accessible to work onsite
