Job Summary:Sharecare is looking for a passionate and versatile Manager, Product Marketing to join our team. The optimal candidate will demonstrate a broad working knowledge of and demonstrated expertise in software technology product marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving our go to market programs for the Sharecare Provider Solutions - products and services - with an emphasis on delivering integrated marketing campaigns. The focus will be on developing and delivering innovative programs that drive demand for Sharecare Provider Solutions and outbound messaging through multiple communication channels (web, social media, PR, and events), competitive marketing, and building amazing sales tools that inspire our sales force. Sharecare is seeking candidates who are passionate about marketing and have a track record of high performance in a fast-growing technology company. Essential Functions:- Tune and develop product and solution positioning, messaging and competitive analysis for Sharecare solutions, products and services to support Marketing, Sales and Partners.
- Define market opportunities and initiatives based on a deep understanding of the product landscape and the needs of customers and adjacent markets.
- Plan, manage, coordinate multidimensional and integrated product launches in an agile delivery environment.
- Develop sales tools (collateral, sales decks, datasheets, videos, and more) and deliver training for Sharecare Health Data Services partner/sales personnel on product, industry, and competitive topics.
- Author and drive creation of unique product and solution content for the website, datasheets, white papers, blogs and social media; help generate thought leadership content to improve awareness of Sharecare Health Data Services' innovative technology.
- Represent Sharecare in online communities, industry events, webinars, speaking opportunities and with technology media as Subject Matter Expert.
- Interface frequently with existing customers, prospects, practitioners, industry analysts to thoroughly understand market problems and use cases; develop customer success stories in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
- Serve as a communication focal point between the customer-facing teams within the organization.
- Help with lead generation and brand awareness initiatives within target markets.
- Works with the Data Sciences, Technology, Sales, and Client Services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects.
- Oversee and maintain all web site content as it pertains to assigned product line.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and branding teams to ensure the branding adheres and is compliment to Sharecare brand strategy.
- Develop and when necessary deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of sales and account management colleagues, client presentations, and executive leadership updates.
- Directs assessment of existing and potential markets, product lifecycle planning, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, and product launch.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.

- Understands regulatory compliance challenges in healthcare and remains current with regulatory landscape.
Qualifications:- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical/Solutions Marketing at an enterprise digital health company.
- Comfortable with both technical and business discussions.
- Track record of performance working on a high productivity team in a fast-growth company.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Proven track record of being able to drive solutions for complex technical issues on software development or infrastructure projects.
- A high degree of creativity and innovation is expected, with proven examples of success in working across geographies and complexity, applying knowledge, experience, and judgment in ambiguous situations/environments.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative hi-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

- Manual dexterity and strength sufficient enough to enter information via computer keyboard for long periods of time, to write notes and information needed, and to pick up and hold paperwork, supplies and other items.

- Commitment to discuss questions and recommendations about processes and any observed variations in performing tasks in order to ensure a standardized approach to work and services provided.
- Participation in education as required for corporate compliance and role-specific functions and tasks.
HIPAA/Compliance:- Maintain privacy of all patient, employee and volunteer information and access such information only on a need-to-know basis for business purposes.
- Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations.
- Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activity.
- Maintain current and yearly HIPAA certification.
