You’ll be responsible for advising product teams on creator needs, identifying gaps in our product suite, and managing our go-to-market plans for creator-facing launches.The ideal candidate will be passionate about creators and media. They will have a strong, multi-disciplinary background in business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills. We’re looking for strong problem solvers who also have experience building organizations. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must.   • Shape Instagram's approach to building tools & services for creators through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators on Instagram, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience
  • Influence the development of products, tools, and features that support Instagram’s creator ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, PR, measurement and partnerships teams to activate go-to-market plans that have an impact on creators & publishers
  • Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy
  • 5+ years of experience including business strategy, product marketing, marketing or media
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving KPIs
  • Communication experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • MBA
  • Experience working with content creators
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
