About the Role: The digital product organization is in charge of driving all digital initiatives at the bank. This team is on point to drive massive growth by expanding the breadth of digital capabilities and delivering differentiated value propositions. This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital transformation strategy as well as support the creation of the single international platform. The ideal candidate will: Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making. Possess strong prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel money management experiences incl. exposure to key elements of data visualization & analytics. Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough client-centric experience. What You’ll Bring: A Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services 3+ years direct knowledge and experience with agile execution ~5 years of experience in designing and developing digital client experiences for fraud and security controls OR experience in a similar digital product management or development role with a vendor in the authentication, fraud, or cyber security domain Deep technical and functional knowledge of multi factor authentication workflows and applications Strong grasp of the broader authentication, cyber security and customer identity access management (CIAM) ecosystem including standards such as FIDO/W3C and regulations such as PSD2 3+ years direct knowledge and experience with agile execution Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading in an Agile environment For more than 35 years, SVB Financial Group (NASDAQ: SIVB) and its subsidiaries have helped innovative companies and their investors move bold ideas forward, fast.
