Your role:

The Jaffrey, NH Ultrafiltration and Virus Membrane Manufacturing Team at MilliporeSigma is looking for a self-motivated Process Technician who is passionate about the quality of product delivered to customers and is energized by working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, attention to detail and documentation are critical.

• Develop process expertise needed to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the manufacturing processes.
• Mix chemicals
• Automate process skids, as well as batch and web processing.
• Assist with change controls, validations, creating standard operating procedures, and other related actions.
• Help engineers with the execution of experimental studies, defect analysis, investigations, data collection and membrane performance monitoring during manufacturing runs.
  

Physical Attributes:

• Lift up to 50lbs and standing/bending/twisting.
  

(Weekend 3rd/E shift) 6:00pm - 6:30am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Science or related field
• 1+ year of Relevant Life Sciences, Technical, or Manufacturing environment with aHigh School Diploma or GED
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience with fluid and web processes
• Ability to generate 2D AutoCAD drawings
• Ability to analyze complex data.
• 1+ year proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Excellent observational, linear thinking, and organizational skills
