Work directly with used car manager and as a liaison with the Reconditioning Department in overseeing the lot, showroom and inventory 2. Inspect used cars daily to ensure all marketing items (CPO window sticker, FTC Used Car Buyer’s Guides, etc) are properly displayed 3. Assist Used Car Manager with lease turn-ins 4. Verify pricing in Vauto and other pre-owned inventory systems 5. Work directly with pre-owned manager and internal service coordinator to ensure vehicles are processed in a timely manner 6. Work with Sales Managers to insure and maintain an orderly display of new car inventory 7. Maintain an orderly arrangement of wholesale trade vehicles 8. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of any inventory vehicles sent out to other facilities (body shop, service, recon center) utilizing porters 9. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of all vehicles designated for rollback or central dispatch transportation from auction or dealer trades 10. Assist with tracking sublet repairs and purchase orders. 11. Front Desk Receptionist duties as needed Expectations 1. Dependability. Keeping management informed of any production problems and/or scheduled changes 4. Flexibility. Maintain order and cleanliness of work area 6. Maintain the security and safeguard of all vehicle keys. 7. Maintain the security and good condition of company equipment and resources. 8. Maintain acceptable level of personal cleanliness and wear work attire in accordance with the company handbook. Qualifications 1. Customer service oriented 2.
