Come join Gaming Publisher eXperiences (GPX) to lead our Shopping Experiences Team. We are looking for a leader that cares about creating a diverse place to work, is looking to make a difference in the daily lives of our players and engineers, has a growth mindset, and has a track record of delivering success. You will have end-to-end ownership of the Shopping experience on Xbox, PC, and Web. In addition, you will collaborate with other Engineering Leaders in GPX and across Microsoft to ensure we deliver a high-quality and low latency experience for our fast-growing creator and player base. #GEOJobsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

• Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of the team in collaboration with Program Management and other Engineering Leaders
• Develop a scalable and performant Shopping platform across multiple endpoints
• Recruit, Coach, and grow Team Leads and Software Engineers within the team and across GPX
• Create a diverse and inclusive culture where individuals and teams can do their best work
• Build effective working relationships internally and externally with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups

QualificationsBasic Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ Years of experience managing Software Engineering teams
• 2+ Years of experience managing other managers
• BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with front-end technologies at scale
• Experience in e-commerce

Experience in working with distributed teams
