In this role, you will leverage your consulting experience and relationships with life sciences companies including pharma, medical device, health care distributors, health IT and other companies to support the consulting business and our members. You will lead consulting engagements while working with engagement delivery staff on engagement execution. Responsibilities: Develop life sciences consulting service offerings that generate new revenue and leverage Sg2’s competencies. Manage individual pipeline to achieve annual sales targets in the life sciences sector for various consulting engagements. Provide executive level consultation and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and life sciences members. Lead the development of engagement proposals and resource budgets. Develop, promote, and clearly communicate a vision and present strategic and analytical results to clients. Contribute to the development of new thought leadership, intelligence, and service offerings. Manage projects to ensure consistency and effective use of resources. Serve as a mentor and advisor to peers and junior consulting team members. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. MHA or MBA a plus. 10 or more years of relevant work experience required, preferably in a strategy consulting firm working for life sciences clients. Proven track record in consulting business development within the life sciences sector a plus. Prior experience working directly with life sciences executives to understand their needs and translate them into actionable recommendations and results. Experience leveraging analytics into scalable solutions, creating, and facilitating presentations to clients and developing support materials. Demonstrated strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel. #LI-TR #IDS Estimated Hiring Range: This position is also incentive eligible.
