Job summary: The Red Hat IT team is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact between the stakeholder business community and EDA development teams, and help identify and clearly document business, system, and technical requirements for the development of platform, data, and reporting assets. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have 8+ years experience as a business systems analyst, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Salesforce.com (SFDC) and master data management solutions. You’ll need the ability to solve complex business problems, and clearly synthesize, document, and articulate data requirements to effectively communicate those requirements and impact to developers and decision-makers. You should have excellent writing and communications skills, as well as a passion and curiosity about data, systems, and problem-solving.
