At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Our success depends on building an inclusive environment that supports the widest possible range of talented individuals. If you're passionate about building diverse teams, this is your chance to help make a difference. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, organized, self-starter to join us as a Principal Business Partner for Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, with our AWS Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team.
You will be responsible for contributing to and driving an organization-wide strategy to create a more inclusive environment that supports our diverse range of employees. You will leverage data -- quantitative, as well as anecdotal -- to identify root causes and barriers to inclusion, and to define and evaluate the success of structural, and programmatic, interventions. You will also collaborate across the broader company to align what we do in our org with other AWS and Amazon-wide programs and efforts. Creative pragmatism will be a cornerstone of your approach to solving problems in this domain.
