We serve as advocates for our end users, including recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and, of course, our candidates. We balance organizational goals and priorities with end-user impact to inform how and when innovation is brought to life, aiming to avoid change fatigue. About the Role: We’re looking for a Change Management Strategist to consult on complex initiatives, helping shape the outcome without ever needing to be a deep subject matter expert. You’ll influence project direction, curate and drive change management strategies, deeply understand team and stakeholder needs, develop communications plans, produce engaging collateral for internal communication channels, and more. Ultimately, you’ll connect associates across the enterprise to our goals and build their confidence about their ability to adopt new tools, platforms, and practices we’re launching to support our recruiting efforts.
