STATUS:Non-Exempt REPORTS TO:Retail Administration Director LOCATION:1040 N. Benson Ave. Upland, CA 91786 DEPARTMENT:Retail Administration Department High school diploma required. Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred. Accounting experience is a plus. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, and Access. PDI Price Book experience is a plus. Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described below. Must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple activities, and strong detail orientation. The primary purpose for the Price Book Coordinator would revolve around working closely with the Merchandising Department and acts as a liaison to effectively move data between departments. An example would be: the Pricebook department would request data to be submitted by the merchandising department for retail, authorization, or changes. Items as submitted would be returned within a specified time range to the PDI/Pricebook Services or vendors for further action. MAJOR DUTIES Works with PDI Pricebook Services to pull various reports for Pricebook configuration review as needed Works with Marketing to pull performance oriented reports from FocalPoint on the Merchandise tab Coordinates periodic promotion plan and delivers to PDI for implementation Manages Pricebook Cost Exceptions (PBEC) Store level exception triage and dispatch to resources for resolution accordingly Has access to all aspects of the Pricebook and related modules for review as needed but not necessarily for applying updates o Works with PDI Pricebook Services to apply any configuration changes or updates as needed Maintain JVST Pricebook; changes, monitors and continuous maintenance Manage data between PDI/PB Services, Vendors, and other departments including sites Analyze changes on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bases including profit trends, vendor validation, and site understanding; communicate accordingly to all associated departments Prepares reports for new and changed items that will impact retails based on current cost Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Other duties as assigned Direct Convenience store experience with Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding Data Requirements, Provide Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills Five Plus years experience in Pricing, Customer Service, or related field PDI\Enterprise experience required
