The School Director position requires a hands-on and highly collaborative leader who - in partnership with the leadership team - will implement educational strategies and support a service-oriented culture. As part of the management team you will strengthen the school's operations and build enrollment through preparation and service. Working closely with your team you will deliver results; you remove roadblocks and ensure the school is operating at 100% capacity and maintain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses and managing employee production and performance.
Our program serves preschool children 6 weeks - 12 years of age. Programs include, Infant, Toddler, Preschool 1 Preschool 2, Pre-K, and Before and After Care.
