Practice Program Manager: Orthopedic Urgent Care Details

OverviewSt. Luke’s Health System in Boise Idaho is seeking a Practice Program Manager to join our Orthopedic Urgent Care team. The selected individual will assist in both our Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic as well as our Athletic Training Residency Program. Duties for this position will include, management of physician clinic schedules, as well as managing rotations, education,and projects for residents within our Athletic Training Residency Program. Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development, maintenance, and revision of program policies, procedures, protocols, forms and documents.
  • Oversees the development of marketing and communication messages related to the programs for various audiences, including educational seminars and community outreach events.
  • Collaborates with the Director in the day-to-day planning, development, and maintenance of identified programs.
  • Provides reports and updates to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
  • Plans project timeline and milestones, tracks progress, monitors and communicates project status.
  • Conducts educational support including facilitating conferences, in services, etc.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu.
  • Experience: 2 years’s relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
