We are looking for a Post Production Associate Producer to join B/R’s Branded Content Team. The Branded Content Team creates relevant and exciting stories for the Bleacher Report audience, in partnership with brands.
The Post Production Associate Producer is responsible for, but not limited to, creating and maintaining post schedules, creative talent bookings, organizing post budgets, and creating graphics requests.
The Post Production Associate Producer will also assist the Supervising Post Producer in identifying new workflows and elevating capabilities of the Branded Content Team.
The Daily
- Creating Post Schedules
- Creating and assisting project workflows
- Filling out requests for motion graphics and other resources from internal departments
- Booking and wrapping out Post Production staff and expenses on projects
- Invoice submissions
- Coordinate media management and data organization with the Associate Editor
- Aggregating visual references and sourcing resources
- Overseeing revisions from supervisors and clients with editors
- Screening client-facing work before delivery
- Problem-solving and providing feedback on content and workflows
- Maintain active lines of communication with department heads and producers on status of edits, exports, and incoming footage, while being cognizant of deadlines
- Manage multiple projects at one time, determine how best to allot time to ensure that projects are completed on time while still maintaining a high level of quality
The Essentials
- 2-5 Years Experience in Post-Production or Media Production environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Television/Video Production is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Non-linear Editing Systems, File Structures, and Video Finishing Workflows
- Great attention to detail and creative mindset
- Strong communication skills - calls, email, Slack
- Strong understanding of sports culture
- Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment with quick turnarounds
- Experience in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
- Knowledge working with NAS Production Storage servers and Media Asset Management systems a plus
- Experience in Google Docs / Sheets / Calendar is a plus
