Position Summary

We are searching for a PLM to focus on and elevate the UA Compete Run Footwear business. This role will work on the strategic vision and plan for Compete Run footwear, with a sharp focus on building the most innovative, consumer-centric product in the industry. Daily work will revolve around managing the full product life cycle - from seasonal strategy and line planning, through design and development process, to production and delivery. In addition, cross-functional collaboration (global & regional merch, planning, brand, sports marketing, sales, etc.) will be expected to deliver a comprehensive GTM plan that results in Global growth and market leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leads the product creation process to outline and manage seasonal business planes
  • Works cross-functionally to help build a profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in line with the company’s financial targets.
  • Assess and utilizes sales plans, selling and margin reports to interpret data that directly affects the business.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert and gives product category presentations internally and externally.
  • Works across GTM functions to influence and collaborate with Marketing, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Key Accounts, Innovation and key leaders to ensure clarity, support and alignment on a dialed in GTM execution.
  • Understands and applies runner insights to help inform decision making throughout the product creation process.
  • Authors seasonal product briefs, identifies key white space opportunities and constantly seeks out the next industry-leading product solution for the Runner.
  • Effectively interprets consumer feedback and market trend data to help shape the Vision of UA Run for future seasons.

Education And / Or Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of product line management - Footwear experience highly preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Travel – 30-35%, including both domestic and international
