Qualifications for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA):

• Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Home Health experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) preferred
• Current BCLS certification
• Current CPR
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable automobile
• Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked)
• Criminal background check clearance.
