Healthy Living at Home - providing home health "At Your Service."What You'll Do: As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Healthy Living at Home, you will work with the Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region. You will also complete and submit necessary documentation of each completed visit.

  • Your coverage area will include: Clark County
  • This position is full-time
  • Receive and carry out orders from the Physical Therapist for certification and recertification of home physical therapy services
  • Ensure that changes in patient condition are communicated to other healthcare team members and staff in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Coordinate care planning and delivery with the Physical Therapist, patient and their family to facilitate optimal patient outcomes
Who You Are:
  • Licensed to practice as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Associate degree in physical therapy
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
