Below outlines the job duties and responsibilities of the Pet Resort Attendee. Below is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities for this position. The incumbent will be required to follow any other instructions or perform any other related duties as assigned by the Pet Resort Manager, Resort Team Lead, Resort Coordinators, or other members of Management and the Medical Team. - Prepare meals for our guests according to clients’ instructions and note the volume of food eaten or rejected on paperwork. - Provide individual or group playtimes as requested by clients and ensure the pets’ safety and well-being at all times. Pet Resort Attendees are not expected to handle aggressive dogs or dogs that make them uncomfortable for ANY reason. Ask for help. - Assist with Enrichment Classes while helping puppies be stimulated, learn to socialize, and learn basic commands - Monitor pets for urine and feces elimination and record on paperwork. - Be Well versed in the services the kennel provides - Learned protocols of the kennel - Be familiar with infectious diseases, including their prevention and how to reduce transmission. - Know the most common zoonotic diseases - Follow the kennel protocol of cleaning, caring for animals, obtaining weights, and ensuring their safety with handling and securing cage/facility doors and gates - Maintain all guests have clean bedding, able to use both the washer and dryer - Maintain a clean and healthy campus by conducting Ground Rounds Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.75 - $16.50 per hour Benefits: Schedule: Supplemental Pay: COVID-19 considerations: Experience: Work Location: One location
