Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our team at Sure Thing Pest Control as a pest control specialist. You will provide pest control services to a wide range of loyal customers, using your customer service and problem-solving ability to determine the most effective and appropriate solutions to their individual pest issues. Responsibilities

• Running a daily route where you will regularly interact with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
• Safely apply pesticides according to company policy, label instructions, and any applicable law
• Document services performed according to company policy and any applicable law
• Respond quickly to customer and/or office requests
• Assist in sales activities
• Partake in ongoing development through continual training
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
• Workdays are Monday through Friday every other Saturday.

Prior Experience/ Training

• Prior experience in Pest Control and sales is not required but is a plus.
• Paid training for hard workers who have no experience in the field
• Our paid training consists of 4-6 weeks of classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel in your position.

• Be able to work outdoors for most of the day
• Be able to crawl/kneel and/or fit in tight spaces
• Climb 10’ ladder at times
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to read, comprehend and follow label instructions.
• Possess excellent time management, active listening, and critical- thinking skills.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Certifications are a plus!
• Must be 21 years of age

Pay: $2,700.00 - $5,940.00 per month
