Location: Corporate Office - ABQ, NM Supervises: NA Reports to: District Personal Training Manager Status: Non-Exempt / Full Time The Personal Training Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the personal training (PT) department. Supports the PT department through a variety of tasks related to communication and the organization. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring all PT Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Essential Functions & Responsibilities o Generate PT daily, weekly, monthly reporting and distribute accordingly Qualifications o High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Physical Requirements o Must be able to sit for extended periods
o Ability to work through accounting issues
o Assist with PT hiring and new trainer orientation
o Thorough detail when taking notes, attending meetings, etc.
o Handle multiple projects and generate reports, as needed
o Carry out administrative duties such as reporting, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
o Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
o Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries in a professional and timely manner
o Proactively resolve PT problems or questions
o Receive, sort and distribute the mail, voicemail, etc.
o Other duties as assigned
o Administrative experience preferred
o PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products
o Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
o Attention to detail and problem solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational and planning skills
o Must be able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
o Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read and write
