Work involves analyzing CPA business, systems and environment to determine appropriate testing strategies. This will include estimating, planning, analysis of user requirements, system design, testing and defect identification. Work also includes creating and executing appropriate automated tests to ensure the quality of software development. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. WORK HOURS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates result findings to all staff. Work hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, 40-hour week, Monday – Friday. Occasionally work overtime and/or additional hours. Hours may change based on business need. Application support activities periodically require on-call responsibilities or work during non-standard hours.
EDUCATION:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
Graduation from accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
Four (4) years of test planning, test scenario creation and cataloging, test documentation, and executing tests.
One (1) additional year of the full-time minimum experience as stated above may substitute for each year (30 semester hours) of the required education with a maximum of 120 semester hours (four years).
