The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. You will be in charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.

You will plan and execute various stages of online strategies, from user acquisition, conversion and retention, to client and internal campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing all paid digital media activities, including strategy, planning, execution and reporting/optimizing.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all paid campaigns including paid search, paid social, retargeting, programmatic, display, review sites and native.
  • Track and report channel effectiveness, identify and execute channel optimization for maximum ROI in high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Oversee PPC agency to execute campaigns and ensure optimal quality scores, deploy the best bidding strategies, and increase conversion rates with efficient CPA
  • Analyze and optimize search campaigns, testing optimal ad copy and landing pages, proactively monitoring negative keywords
  • Develop keyword and audience targeting strategy, working with SEO and marketing operations to obtain the best data to get in front of our ICP
  • Implement and continually test new messaging and visually-appealing ad creative to ensure that ads stand-out and grab the attention of our target audience
  • Work with Marketing Operations to create reports and dashboards appropriate for day to day management as well as executive management consumption.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
  • Perform analysis to validate hypotheses, as well as track and determine the viability of new initiatives and A/B experiments.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
  • Work closely with brand and content teams to execute development and distribution of the best offers in the industry
  • Own and manage paid media budget

Must-Haves

  • Experience managing $4M+ B2B annual paid digital advertising budget
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, programmatic, display, review sites and native advertising
  • 5+ years of work experience in PPC/SEM
  • Experienced in using tools/platforms such as Google and Bing Ads, Facebook for Business, LinkedIn Advertising, SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Data oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of best practices for landing pages and A/B testing
  • Experienced in lead generation and performance marketing
