Description:
Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts. At least 5 years of experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master‘s degree may be substituted for two years of experience). Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized. Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
