PAYROLL INTEGRATION ANALYST

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Payroll Integration Analyst. The Payroll Integration Analyst is responsible for directing projects related to the integration of New Acquisitions and startups into Qgenda Scheduling, Kronos Time and Attendance and Oracle Payroll under the direction of the Payroll Integrations Primary liaison between both Envision and AMSURG payroll department and the business. Ensures adequate controls exist and all federal and state wage and hour laws are followed. The Payroll Integration Analyst will be a subject matter expert of how these systems are used functionally and how they interact technically.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the integration of new acquisitions into Qgenda scheduling, Kronos time and attendance and Oracle payroll.
- Facilitates the estimation and allocation of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Assist in supporting any level of acquisition initiatives related to payroll and payroll related processes.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Owns stakeholder management; responsible for setting customer expectations and leading efforts to sustain customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
- Assist with internal audit review of controls and process compliance.
- Facilitates internal and external audit requests for payroll related data.
- Coordinates with IT support to upgrade and patch maintenance
- Ensures accurate reporting of Envision Healthcare payroll metrics monthly.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and supports affirmative action/equal opportunity goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Support business users to make necessary system updates and maintenance to Qgenda and Kronos to meet new business requirements
- Liaison user requests for system changes with internal IT and the vendor to support end user requests
- Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
- Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
- Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

- Ability to manager projects and lead a project working both collaboratively and independently
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Ability to analyze output and propose problem-solving solutions
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within the team, and under time constraints to meet schedules and deadlines
- Strong computer skills including ability to navigate Scheduling, Time and Attendance and ERP Payroll Software
- Ability to coach, develop and guide department with strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization and 3rd party vendors
- Analytical thinking and good math skills
Education/Certification/Experience:- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College
- Prior implementation and project leadership preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with multiple entities / companies, multiple tax jurisdictions within a multi-frequency payroll for a large number of employees
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Oracle, Kronos and Qgenda experience preferred
