KPC Promise Healthcare: The payroll analyst coordinates and participates in a variety of critical activities involved in processing the payroll for all employees. He/She ensures that computing, withholding, or deductions associated with net pay is done properly, organizes and reviews forms associated with federal, state, and local authorities, and ensures payroll records are updated and reports on any matters of interest.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a graduate of a two year post-secondary school with a focus in accounting or related field
2. Three years of payroll or related accounting experience preferred
3. Knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, maintaining complex financial records and verifying, preparing and processing payroll
4. Proficient knowledge and experience in Payroll Systems, Electronic Time and Attendance systems and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Excellent data entry skills with minimal error rate
6. Must be able to read, write, and speak English
