Provide support in outpatient clinics with up to 2100+ visits and up to 20+ therapists under the supervision of an Office Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or Practice Supervisor. Oversees invoice submission to AP; Copay Collection to include projected goal assessments; Maintains Connect Care Work queues for fast billing and revenue turn around; Medicare documentation tracking; Medicare Cap tracking; Connect Care registrations; Rehab care Smart system registrations; Monitor clinic productivity and goal completion; Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance and data accuracy; Verification of insurance eligibility and benefits and review information with every patient; Obtaining authorizations as required by payer; Managing up to 20+ therapist's schedules, Scheduling patient appointments; Answering phones; Faxing, Filing and general office duties; Maintain referral log ensuring all data is up to date and accurate; Provide highest level of customer service at all times. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. High School graduate with two years in a secretarial position. 2. Ideal candidates will have experience with billing, collections, ICDM-CPT coding, posting charges, data entry, knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required. 3.
