We are looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team! We are a fee for service office in Encinitas, a new facility, state of the art, with an ocean view to boot! Everything about our office is " not like a dental office".

The role entails insurance breakdowns and verification , as well as delivering top notch customer service while answering phone call intake. Patient check in and check out, as well as helping to schedule treatment for a single doctor, double hygiene office.

We have a fantastic and amazing team. Bonus is offered and additional compensation is available daily! The right person is energetic, friendly, customer service oriented, goal oriented, and a multi- tasker.

Mon- thur 7:45-5

fri: 7:45- 2

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
