SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem

Accountable and Responsible for clinical judgment
Provides consistent, direct observation of assigned patients
Assures safe environment for patient at all times
Remains with patient at all times including observation during toileting, procedures and testing both in and out of room
Intervenes as needed to prevent patient from harming self or others
Seeks immediate assistance, as needed, in order to maintain safe environment for self, patient and others
Documents required information according to hospital policy
Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Stays abreast of new information pertaining to hospital/unit function and policies
Adheres to hospital and unit policies
