We also have the following notable accreditations and certifications: Experience Prior work experience in a comparable setting preferred Enrolled in Nursing Assistant or Practical Nursing Program preferred Education/Certification High School/GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact with patients, families and coworkers and to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity necessary to elicit patient's cooperation and to allay apprehensions
