- Handle incoming communication from patients, providers and insurance companies
- Provide troubleshooting and website support for account holders
- Assist in website navigation and log in support
- Provide patients with updates, connect them with proper, in-network providers
- Update account information with each interaction
- Comply with HIPPA and other legal regulations
- Contact healthcare care providers, insurance companies when needed.
- Various other customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Effective and professional communication abilities, strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Bachelors preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
