Position Information:
The Patient Navigator, RN, BHRN (Behavioral Health Rounding Nurse) is recognized as a professional role model and licensed clinical expert in behavioral health that supports nursing excellence and collaborative shared decision-making. The Patient Navigator, RN, BHRN manages the quality, safety, and experience for behavioral health patients by serving as a patient advocate and resource for clinical nurses. The Patient Navigator, RN, BHRN collaborates with clinical nurses, providers, and Behavioral Health Licensed Clinicians to coordinate nursing care for patients with behavioral health and complex case management needs. To support behavioral health quality improvement initiatives, the Patient Navigator, RN, BHRN performs data collection and assists with behavioral health education of clinical staff. #LI-POST

3 Years Behavioral Health In Clinical - Acute Care Required
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required - Or Master's Degree Nursing Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And Crisis Prevention Institute Certification Or Equivalent Required - And Certified Mental Health Nurse Preferred
