Coordinating the Piedmont Healthcare Patient satisfaction measurement process. Developing and maintaining systems to gather and analyze information collected from both internal and external sources in order to provide accurate, timely, and appropriate reporting of findings of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Services, Business, or other related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Recent healthcare experience required, preferably in a hospital
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or appropriate graduate degree preferred (or extensive experience in healthcare marketing research.) Works effectively with all levels of staff and management, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy. Capable of working independently and exercising good judgement. Must have keen analytical, statistical, and presentation skills as well as attention to detail. Knowledge, understanding and experience in using various types of software including Microsoft Excel and Word.
