A growing cardiology practice in Santa Monica seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Front Office Patient Care Representative. Practice focus is individualized, contemporary care in a compassionate setting and is integrated with a larger network of cutting-edge researchers and practitioners in the greater Los Angeles area. Dynamic opportunity for an individual with strong work ethic and solid interpersonal skills. Must have strong computer skills. EMR experience is desirable. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

- Must have strong telephone and organizational skills, be able to multitask and coordinate various aspects of patient administrative care.

- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting required, preferably with cardiology experience or MA training.

- Excellent computer skills needed in this paperless office. 2-3 years of EMR and experience with Epic is strongly desirable.

- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills are required.

Duties will include telephone triage, new patient intake online and by phone, scheduling of appointments, collection and posting of co-pays, maintenance of schedule integrity, online interaction with patients via the practice portal, etc.
