Patient Care Coordinator at North Hills Implant & Oral Surgery in Raleigh

Full-time opportunity (40 hours / week) at North Hills Implant & Oral Surgery in Raleigh. We are a customer service-oriented practice providing the highest quality of care in a state-of-the-art office.

Pay is $20+/hour and is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and confirming patients

- Coordinating daily schedule

- Coordinating referral correspondence

- Verifying benefits

- Treatment planning presentation

- Monitoring and following up on existing claims as needed, including sending follow up information to insurance companies as requested

Qualifications:

- Experience handling dental or medical claims is required.

- Poised, attentive, and friendly.

- Highly organized and able to multi-task in fast-paced practice.

- Reliance on electronic communication and record-keeping is essential.

- Demonstrative success in previous customer service roles is essential.

- Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
