SWHS consists of two acute-care hospitals: Inland Valley Medical Center and Rancho Springs Medical Center.
Inland Valley Medical Center This campus of Southwest Healthcare System, a 122-bed acute care hospital, is the only hospital in the region to offer Level II Trauma Services and is a nationally recognized center for weight-loss surgery. The Total Joint Center at Inland Valley was awarded advanced certification from the Joint Commission for hip and knee surgery, with Spine Services certified by The Joint Commission, and is an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center. Rancho Springs Medical Center This campus of Southwest Healthcare System, a 120-bed acute care hospital, features the largest Family Birth Center in the region which includes Rady Children’s Level III NICU (Recently ranked #4 in the nation for neonatology by US News and World Report). The only hospital in the region to offer pediatric ER Services from Rady Children’s, is an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center, and features the da Vinci® Robotic Xi Surgical System and a new diagnostic Cath Lab.As a staff member providing clinical expertise you will be responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, and quality and efficient services. Staff will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.
